You are eligible for
our program if you:
- Are pregnant or have a child between birth and three years of age.
- Live in our service area.
- Have an income under a certain amount.
For a family with the following number of people in it (pregnancy counts
as a person), your gross income (before taxes) must be less than the
amount listed.

1. 10% of EHS families may be over income, but the majority of these
